Shipping Destinations

Shades of Ebony Creations currently ships physical merchandise within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.).

We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment provider.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery destination, and available shipping methods.

Order Processing Times

Shades of Ebony Creations offers both self-fulfilled and print-on-demand merchandise.

Processing times vary depending on the product, order requirements, and fulfillment method.

Print-on-demand products are produced after an order is placed and may require additional production time before shipment.

Processing times do not include carrier transit time. Production schedules, order volume, and other circumstances may affect fulfillment times.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method.

Any delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Processing and production times are separate from shipping transit times.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be included when available.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled and shipped separately depending on product availability, production requirements, and fulfillment locations.

Digital Products

Digital downloads do not require physical shipping.

Delivery of digital products is handled electronically according to the instructions provided at purchase.

Digital products are subject to the digital download provisions of our Return & Refund Policy. Digital downloads are nonrefundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
