14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible physical merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items must be returned with any original tags and packaging, where applicable.

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Exceptions apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are nonrefundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when reasonably possible.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items requiring a return, Shades of Ebony Creations will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard eligible returns.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or when an error by Shades of Ebony Creations warrants reimbursement.

If a return is necessary because the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Shades of Ebony Creations will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
